Purchase/Return Terms

1. General conditions
1.1. These Purchase / Return Rules apply to all purchases made in the online store Bitessiulai.lt. By shopping in our store, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.2. We strive to ensure that every purchase is pleasant and simple, so we care about quality and deliver your orders on time.

2. Terms of purchase
2.1. Goods are ordered online by filling out the order form in our store.
2.2. All orders are processed only upon receipt of payment for the goods, unless other arrangements apply (e.g. payment in cash or via bank transfer upon delivery).
2.3. Ordered goods will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment.
2.4. Before placing an order, please check that you have entered the correct data, as corrections to the order after its confirmation may be limited.

3. Terms of return of goods
3.1. Goods may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
3.2. Returned goods must be undamaged and undamaged. If the goods are damaged or have been used, the seller reserves the right to refuse the return or replace the goods.
3.3. The return of the product may be rejected if the storage conditions have been violated or the product has been used before return.
3.4. Return process:

4. Terms of exchange of goods
4.1. Goods can be exchanged within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
4.2. The process for exchanging goods is the same as for returning goods, however, in the case of an exchange, the buyer must pay for a new item, if additional fees apply.

5. Return of Defective/Faulty Goods
5.1. If you have received a defective product, please inform us immediately by email or phone. The product will be replaced or refunded free of charge if the defect was discovered before the product was used.
5.2. The Seller is liable for defective goods, but is not liable for goods damaged by improper use.

6. Refund
6.1. Money for returned goods will be returned to the account specified by the buyer within 10 business days of confirmation of the return.
6.2. The refund amount will be reduced by applicable transportation and return costs.

7. Exceptions and special cases
7.1. Certain goods, such as toiletries, cosmetics, or personal care products, may not be returned for health and hygiene reasons if the buyer has damaged the integrity of the packaging.
7.2. Goods that have been made to individual orders are not returnable.
